Wedding in Pienza - Simone and Giulia
Once upon a time there was a thousand-year-old city, clouds of white gypsophila and many tears of joy …
Positive energy and an army of true friends: so I had defined the wedding of Gianni and Chiara. Thanks to them I met Simone and Giulia, who hired me for their wedding in Pienza. A very sweet couple, incarnation of true love, that love that does not worry about anything or anyone, so strong and thight that anything can broke it.
What did I love most about this wedding?
As for the wedding of Gianni and Chiara, their group of friends was all there, in Pienza, ready to party: true friends that filled the day with positive energy. I already knew that the wedding photographs would be special thanks to their presence, because they manage to bring out the best, with the joy and participation that every couple would like to receive from their guests.
Such a great company, so united, this kind of friendship is a rare pearl, extremely difficult to find and even more difficult to maintain. You are special, remember that!
“My name is Simone, and I believe in Love”
the wedding took place entirely in the city of Pienza, one of the hidden gems of Tuscany. Located deep inside Siena’s countryside, it is small but with typically Tuscan characteristics. The 2 of June is a day of Italian national holiday, so Pienza was filled by tourists, who participated in the joy of the couple with selfies and applause while we were walking through the village.
The wedding reception was held inside the Hotel Relais “il chiostro di Pienza”, an ancient location but with all contemporary comforts. I really loved this location, especially for the expertise of the maitre and the entire staff, who were able to coordinate all the reception with precision and professionalism. Congratulations to them!
Clothes and accessories
Giulia has a very strong personality, and I knew that this would be reflected in her choices on the wedding dress and wedding accessories.
The dress chosen for her wedding in Pienza, designed by Atelier Eme in tulle and lace, is a strong choice; the long lace veil, worn in church to complete the look – and used a lot during the couple session, with the wind blowing through the alleys of Pienza and moving it everywhere, for a natural, romantic and sometimes funny effect – and the crown of gypsophila flowers, like the bouquet, for the reception: a winning choice, which showed all the personality and character of the bride.
