Once upon a time there was green & lavender fields, an ancient villa in in the middle of Umbria and a wonderful, truly happy family…
I want to deeply thank Logan, Rebekah and their families for choosing me for their intimate wedding in Umbria, the not so popular but truly magnificent region of Italy. Rebekah and Logan came from United States to get married in a fairytale villa surrounded by hills: Torre Bisenzio. A perfect place to gather all their closest family&friends for an intimate destination wedding.
What did I love most about this wedding?
Rebekah and Logan, with a lot of help from their families, did almost everything by themselves: they made the bouquets after the lavender of the garden, settled up the ceremony, officiated by Logan’s brother, the aperitif area and the dining room. I loved so much the attitude of all the guests, so in love with each other and with the couple, not even a little scared by the fear of the rain. They just wanted to be close to Rebekah and Logan in their wedding in Umbria, and you can feel it so strong in their wedding photo reportage.
I loved a lot the pastel/green/lavender color palette, perfectly mixed by the exclusive taste of the bride.

Thank you again Rebekah, thank you Logan, you will be in my heart forever.
The wedding took place at Torre Bisenzio, a hidden gem indise the hills of Umbria. Built in the 13th and 17th century, it apprears like a real castle, with the tower, the courtyard, the gardens and the magnificent view of the sourroundings.
As I said before, the couple choose to do everything by themselves for their wedding in Umbria, but they asked the help of chef Simona of Sagraincasa, a really talented lady who prepared a delicious Italian dinner for the 16 guests attending.
I really loved this location, it’s perfect for my intimate and candid wedding photography style: it really has everything I want: big windows for the getting ready, a natural & scenic place for the ceremony, walls and stairs for an intimate couple sessions, and then the magnificent courtyard for the night shooting. We also saw a fox walking to the courtyard!
Clothes and accessories
Rebekah has a very good taste for matching colours, tones and styles, and I was sure she chosed a perfect wedding dress.
She wore a straight-line dress entirely made of Lace, drawn by the designer Catherine Deane for BHLDN, a poupolar wedding store in the USA. With little jewel and a hidden secret (comfortable shoes, right choice!) she was a perfect, modern fairy princess for her Umbria wedding.
Rebekah choose to make up and hair by herself.
